The contemporary design of this recently constructed villa is magnificent. The first impressions of the house are that of light, space and clean lines. The electric gates lead to a covered parking area for several cars. The open plan layout creates a feeling of spaciousness and light. The double aspect floor to ceiling windows flood the area with natural light and incorporate the outdoor living area inside. The fully fitted kitchen is modern and sleek in design with sensational natural wood dining table. This area also benefits from double aspect sliding doors to incorporate the outdoor kitchen comprising Kamodo Joe BBQ, gas BBQ, rotisserie, frying table and fridge.
The lounge is spacious, comfortable yet stylish. For convenience, there is an entrance WC. On this level there is also a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to small terrace with table and chairs and pathway to the gardens. Downstairs there is a full-size pool table, kitchen area, seating area and additional WC. On the upstairs level, there is a further double bedroom with good sea views and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also has a small private balcony with table and chairs. There is a further twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large private terrace with hammock and chairs to enjoy the sea views.
The master bedroom has double aspect windows to fully appreciate the sea view and terraces facing south and west so you can you watch the sunset.
Stairs lead to the extensive roof terrace which offers panoramic views of the sea and Monchique mountains. These views can be enjoyed whilst relaxing on the stylish furniture.
The house is fully air conditioned and has several “smart” features such as external wifi speakers and a variety of lighting options.
The infinity swimming pool is a fabulous feature of this house. The main part of the pool is 11.5×4 meters with the benefit of shallow waters in an L shaped design around the house.
Simply put, this villa is outstanding., The design, décor and ambience are unbeatable. The location is a true bonus. It is unlikely you will want to leave the grounds of the villa but if you do, the beach, shops and restaurants are a five minute walk.

- Booking is reserved upon receipt of a 50% deposit.
- Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the balance of 50% up to 8 weeks before date of travel.

- No pets are allowed.
- Should the property become unavailable for reasons beyond our control you will be offered a full refund for the accommodation. PV Holiday rentals is not liable for admin charges or travel costs.
- A refundable damage deposit of €300 is required for all properties (unless otherwise stated).
- Check in is from 16.00 on arrival day and check out is before 10.00 on departure date.
- Maid service is provided once per week (minimum), bath and shower towels are provided in all accommodation. Pool/Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise stated.
- Cancellation charges (may vary slightly depending on accommodation booked):
- 4 weeks before arrival: 50%
- 2 weeks before arrival: 75%
- Less than 2 weeks before arrival: 100%
- Any complaints must be made immediately at the property in order for us to rectify the problem. This must be followed up in writing within 7 days of departure, any claims after this time will not be considered.
