Location
Awarded on various occasions for its beauty, this peaceful and pleasant spot is the ideal place for the whole family to relax in. Playa Blanca has a wide range of hotels surrounded by a flourishing service sector: bars, restaurants, businesses, and one of the best recreational ports in Lanzarote. It is also close to the Papagayo Beaches where white sand and crystalline waters lap against the rocks. You can find all kinds of restaurants, shops and bars along the Playa Blanca boardwalk, and the streets running parallel to it, at the edge of the old town. Another area that’s a must to visit is the recreational port, replete with newly constructed facilities of high quality. It also boasts a new shopping center. Among the beaches, those of Dorada and Flamingo stand out for their white sand and proximity to the main hotels in the area. However, without a doubt, the beaches of Papagayo lead the pack. A network of fine white sandy coves is a delight to all its visitors. Although they can be reached on foot or by bike, a car would be recommended since its a long trek. (This is a nature reserve so a 3 Euros car toll is charged.)

All prices based on 7 nights accommodation, per villa per week

2020:

  • 20/07/2020 – 27/08/2020: from €2,010.00
  • 28/08/2020 – 30/11/2020: from €1,554.00
  • 01/12/2020 – 20/12/2020: from €1,330.00
  • 21/12/2020-31/12/2020: from €1,780.00

Prices  are based on up to 2 people sharing. For extra guests over 2, the cost is
€108 per person per week.

Booking Conditions:

  1. Booking is reserved upon receipt of a 25% deposit.
  2. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the balance of 75% up to 8 weeks before the date of travel.
  3. 2 person maximum per bedroom unless otherwise stated.
  4. No pets are allowed.
  5. Should the property become unavailable for reasons beyond our control you will be offered a full refund for the accommodation. PV Holiday rentals are not liable for admin charges or travel costs.
  6. A refundable damage deposit of €300 is required for all properties (unless otherwise stated).
  7. Check-in is from 16.00 on arrival day and check out is before 10.00 on departure date.
  8. Maid service is provided once per week (minimum), bath, and shower towels are provided in all accommodation. Pool/Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise stated.
  9. Cancellation charges (may vary slightly depending on accommodation booked):
    1. 8 weeks before arrival: 25%
    2. 4 weeks before arrival: 50%
    3. 2 weeks before arrival: 75%
    4. Less than 2 weeks before arrival: 100%
  10. Any complaints must be made immediately at the property in order for us to rectify the problem. This must be followed up in writing within 7 days of departure, any claims after this time will not be considered.
