Villa Laguna – 6 bedroom holiday villa in Vilamoura Algarve
This contemporary villa is equipped to a high standard and enjoys a spacious and luxurious setting with spectacular views over the Laguna golf course. Located just five minutes from the beach and Marina.
On the ground floor:
The entrance hallway leads to the living room, with lots of seating and opening to the swimming pool and garden with fabulous views over the golf course. There is satellite TV, a DVD player and a sound system. The living room leads to the dining room with seating for 12 people and with large doors opening to the garden. From here we access the fully equipped kitchen and the laundry room, also with access to the outside.
Next to the kitchen there is a cloakroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also an office converted into a twin/double bedroom. Guests in this bedroom have to use the bathroom of the twin bedroom.
On the first floor:
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms on the right-hand side, both with en-suite bathrooms with baths. Both bedrooms overlook the pool, having as well fabulous views over the golf course.
To the left hand side on the first floor there are two other bedrooms, after a long hallway with wall to wall wardrobes. The the master bedroom, twin bedded with separate bathroom with a bathtub.
There is also a large dressing room where a single bed can be accommodated if necessary.
Finally, the large master suite has a King size bed (2×2 metres), TV and DVD player and overlooks the golf course. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
Outside there is a dining area, with a portable gas BBQ, a seating area and a lounge area where the sun loungers are strategically placed so you can enjoy the beauty and quietness of the golf course. There is also an infinity pool measuring 10 x 7,5 meters where you can swim or simply relax.

Maid service is also included 3 days per week, on weekdays, except bank holidays. Bed linen is changed every 7 nights and towels are changed twice a week.

- Booking is reserved upon receipt of a 25% deposit.
- Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the balance of 75% up to 8 weeks before date of travel.
- 2 persons maximum per bedroom unless otherwise stated.
- No pets are allowed.
- Should the property become unavailable for reasons beyond our control you will be offered a full refund for the accommodation. PV Holiday rentals is not liable for admin charges or travel costs.
- A refundable damage deposit of €300 is required for all properties (unless otherwise stated).
- Check in is from 16.00 on arrival day and check out is before 10.00 on departure date.
- Maid service is provided once per week (minimum), bath and shower towels are provided in all accommodation. Pool/Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise stated.
- Cancellation charges (may vary slightly depending on accommodation booked):
- 8 weeks before arrival: 25%
- 4 weeks before arrival: 50%
- 2 weeks before arrival: 75%
- Less than 2 weeks before arrival: 100%
- Any complaints must be made immediately at the property in order for us to rectify the problem. This must be followed up in writing within 7 days of departure, any claims after this time will not be considered.
