Only a short walk to Ria Formosa or the wonderful Atlantic beach, exclusive restaurants and world famous golf courses.
There is a wide entrance hall with guest bathroom and fully fitted kitchen from Prime Designs own Bespoke range and features hand painted cabinet finish and granite worktops, with all modern conveniences. There is a separate fully fitted utility room which matches the kitchen with access to a rear courtyard area. The kitchen opens onto a large family dining room which in turn opens onto a very large family living room. There is a fully fitted and equipped TV room, with separate study. The hall floor contains two en-suite bedrooms (1 twin & one double) with views to the side and rear of the villa. There are double sliding doors from all hall floor rooms to the rear of the villa which lead onto a large patio with magnificent swimming pool and rear gardens. Bedrooms are fitted with Bespoke handmade wardrobes in American Oak with burr oak panels. Bathrooms are fitted with bath and sanitary ware by Villeroy & Boch and the floor & wall tiles are in marble. A wide sweeping stair case leads to three magnificent bedrooms (double) on the first floor, each of which has access to upstairs balconies. The delightful master en-suite bedroom has walk-in wardrobes and top spec bathroom with Jacuzzi. The fourth bedroom has access to a large rear balcony facing towards the mountains and front balcony facing towards the ocean. The first floor reception area leads to a front ornate balcony facing seaward and this area leads in turn to the fifth en-suite bedroom with balcony which also faces towards the sea.
The property is fitted with a “Prosecom” alarm system with passive infrared movement detectors wired to Quinta Do Lago’s central security station. The area has 24 hour security. Downstairs there are double garages and store room with ample car spacing for cars and golf buggy. Parque Atlantico may be accessed through Quinta Do Lago and is off the sixth roundabout in Quinta which also leads to the beach and San Lorenzo golf club which has hosted the Portuguese Open and several international events. Briefly, facilities include satellite TV, Jacuzzi, large pool, fully integrated appliances, patio doors to covered terraces with built-in barbeque, en-suite double bathrooms. Booking Conditions:

  1. Booking is reserved upon receipt of a 25% deposit.
  2. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the balance of 75% up to 8 weeks before date of travel.
  3. 2 persons maximum per bedroom unless otherwise stated.
  4. No pets are allowed.
  5. Should the property become unavailable for reasons beyond our control you will be offered a full refund for the accommodation. PV Holiday rentals is not liable for admin charges or travel costs.
  6. A refundable damage deposit of €300 is required for all properties (unless otherwise stated).
  7. Check in is from 16.00 on arrival day and check out is before 10.00 on departure date.
  8. Maid service is provided once per week (minimum), bath and shower towels are provided in all accommodation. Pool/Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise stated.
  9. Cancellation charges (may vary slightly depending on accommodation booked):
    1. 8 weeks before arrival: 25%
    2. 4 weeks before arrival: 50%
    3. 2 weeks before arrival: 75%
    4. Less than 2 weeks before arrival: 100%
  10. Any complaints must be made immediately at the property in order for us to rectify the problem. This must be followed up in writing within 7 days of departure, any claims after this time will not be considered.
