Beautiful 3 bedroom holiday villa located in the peaceful area of Dunas Douradas, close to all the resort amenities and great access to the Xenia Restaurant, Coffee Shop, and Mini-Market and walking distance to the beach. Conveniently located just a few minutes drive from Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, and Almancil, where you can find a wide range of shops, bars, and restaurants.

Accommodation comprises of 3 double bedrooms, from the entrance on the left there is one double bedroom en-suite with bath and shower room, then leading to the dining area and living area with plenty of comfortable seating. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, and fridge/freezer.

Further down the hall, you will find another two en-suite double bedrooms and an adjacent cloakroom. The master bedroom has access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and the pool area. All divisions have Air Conditioning.

From the living area, you have direct access to the large patio with a BBQ area and dining table for alfresco dining. The sunny swimming pool is surrounded by sunlounger, just perfect to sit back and relax.
Outdoor stairs will take you to a two leveled terrace with dining, sitting, and sunbathing areas for total relaxation, where you can enjoy beautiful views over Dunas Douradas area.

Features: Gas BBQ plus preparation area, Air conditioning (extra costs), Wi-Fi internet, Cable TV, alarm system and security 24/7. Cleaning service twice/week.

Dunas Douradas resort facilities includes Main Reception, large Roman style communal pool and kids pool, restaurant, pool bar and mini-market. The Pool area – only accessed by the property owner and their guests with a key fob, that can be temporary obtained from the Reception subject to a refundable deposit of €20. Tennis courts can also be booked by the reception.

Booking Conditions:

  1. Booking is reserved upon receipt of a 25% deposit.
  2. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the balance of 75% up to 8 weeks before date of travel.
  3. 2 persons maximum per bedroom unless otherwise stated.
  4. No pets are allowed.
  5. Should the property become unavailable for reasons beyond our control you will be offered a full refund for the accommodation. PV Holiday rentals is not liable for admin charges or travel costs.
  6. A refundable damage deposit of €300 is required for all properties (unless otherwise stated).
  7. Check in is from 16.00 on arrival day and check out is before 10.00 on departure date.
  8. Maid service is provided once per week (minimum), bath and shower towels are provided in all accommodation. Pool/Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise stated.
  9. Cancellation charges (may vary slightly depending on accommodation booked):
    1. 8 weeks before arrival: 25%
    2. 4 weeks before arrival: 50%
    3. 2 weeks before arrival: 75%
    4. Less than 2 weeks before arrival: 100%
  10. Any complaints must be made immediately at the property in order for us to rectify the problem. This must be followed up in writing within 7 days of departure, any claims after this time will not be considered.
