Casa do Viso is a magnificent and modern five-bedroom villa, located in the newer residential and exclusive area of Vilamoura overlooking the Millennium golf course and close to the prestigious Victoria golf course only a few minutes drive from the well known Vilamoura Marina and its shops, restaurants, bars and the beach.

Set on a huge plot, there is plenty of space for parking in the walled garden.

Once inside the villa it has a very soft decoration with generous areas such as the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedrooms.

As you go in through the main front door, on your left is the spacious living room which comprises three distinct areas to match all tastes: a reading area, a relaxing area with comfortable white sofas, and the TV area equipped with a Bang & Olufsen TV and DVD, system for some of the free view UK channels and a Portuguese cable system.

The dining room has a rectangular table ideal for ten persons. The fully fitted modern kitchen in attractive natural stone and granite has a middle stand island, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, oven, hob, ice maker, microwave, toaster, kettle.

Still, on the left side of the hallway, there is a cloakroom.

From the hallway to your right you will be able to find four bedrooms, all with en suite facilities. There are three twin bedrooms (one with two twins and two with two twin beds together). The master bedroom is  a double, has a separate seating area, a flat-screen TV, and two bathrooms.

Downstairs on the basement level is the fifth bedroom which is a twin with a small window that utilizes an adjacent shower room. This bedroom is ideal for teenagers.

Also on this level is the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

From the living and dining room, you have access to a covered terrace with views to the swimming pool, garden, and golf course. Here there is a table for outdoor meals, sun loungers and sunshades.

The swimming pool is approximately 16 x 6 meters and can be heated upon request.

Casa do Viso is equipped with a central air conditioning system which is available upon request and a Wi-Fi connection.

Booking Conditions:

  1. Booking is reserved upon receipt of a 25% deposit.
  2. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the balance of 75% up to 8 weeks before date of travel.
  3. 2 persons maximum per bedroom unless otherwise stated.
  4. No pets are allowed.
  5. Should the property become unavailable for reasons beyond our control you will be offered a full refund for the accommodation. PV Holiday rentals is not liable for admin charges or travel costs.
  6. A refundable damage deposit of €300 is required for all properties (unless otherwise stated).
  7. Check in is from 16.00 on arrival day and check out is before 10.00 on departure date.
  8. Maid service is provided once per week (minimum), bath and shower towels are provided in all accommodation. Pool/Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise stated.
  9. Cancellation charges (may vary slightly depending on accommodation booked):
    1. 8 weeks before arrival: 25%
    2. 4 weeks before arrival: 50%
    3. 2 weeks before arrival: 75%
    4. Less than 2 weeks before arrival: 100%
  10. Any complaints must be made immediately at the property in order for us to rectify the problem. This must be followed up in writing within 7 days of departure, any claims after this time will not be considered.
