The remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor, the master suite features a spacious shared terrace where one can really admire the scenery. The master guest bedroom is also en-suite and features fitted wardrobes, a fireplace and a shared terrace. The lower level includes a sauna, steam room, gymnasium and games area featuring a table tennis and football. A lift is provided to access all 3 levels and WIFI are provided throughout. The exterior is truly unique allowing guests to relax and make the most of their stay. It includes a large heated swimming pool with cover, landscaped gardens for the sun loungers to enjoy the Algarvian weather, covered terraces with “al-fresco” dining and BBQ area, a putting green and a kid’s playground featuring a trampoline! Casa Camelia allows its guests to experience the fabulous life in the Algarve, being within walking distance to the golden sandy beaches and a short drive from the renowned golf courses and amenities.

Please note that there is only air conditioning in the first floor, the rest of the property uses undefloor colling to cool the villa. The driveway is slightyl steep.

Booking Conditions:

  1. Booking is reserved upon receipt of a 25% deposit.
  2. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the balance of 75% up to 8 weeks before date of travel.
  3. 2 persons maximum per bedroom unless otherwise stated.
  4. No pets are allowed.
  5. Should the property become unavailable for reasons beyond our control you will be offered a full refund for the accommodation. PV Holiday rentals is not liable for admin charges or travel costs.
  6. A refundable damage deposit of €300 is required for all properties (unless otherwise stated).
  7. Check in is from 16.00 on arrival day and check out is before 10.00 on departure date.
  8. Maid service is provided once per week (minimum), bath and shower towels are provided in all accommodation. Pool/Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise stated.
  9. Cancellation charges (may vary slightly depending on accommodation booked):
    1. 8 weeks before arrival: 25%
    2. 4 weeks before arrival: 50%
    3. 2 weeks before arrival: 75%
    4. Less than 2 weeks before arrival: 100%
  10. Any complaints must be made immediately at the property in order for us to rectify the problem. This must be followed up in writing within 7 days of departure, any claims after this time will not be considered.
