BOOKING PROCEDURE

All bookings are made on a request basis and are subject to availability. Bookings are made for a villa or apartment type and under no circumstances can a specific apartments be guaranteed to any client.

CHANGE OVER DAYS

Thursday, Saturday and Sunday and a very limited amount of villas on Friday. Duration of stay 7 nights or multiples of 7 nights.

CHECK-IN – CHECK OUT

To ensure a smooth changeover on arrival and departure days we must allow a reasonable period of time for the housekeepers to service the villas and apartments. Therefore check-in time is 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is 10.00 am on the day of departure. Four Seasons Fairways will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals or late departures.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE DEPARTURE BE GUARANTEED.

COTS, HIGH CHAIRS, AND EXTRA BEDS

These items should be requested at the time of booking and are charged on a weekly basis to the guest’s account payable prior to their departure. All items are offered subject to availability.

MAID SERVICE

Midweek maid service is included in the rental price. For bookings of more than one week, twice-weekly service is included in the rental price. Additional maid service can be arranged at an extra cost.

EXTRA GUESTS

All guests must be named on the booking form and must not exceed the maximum permitted numbers of occupants:- Maximum 12 persons in a 6 bedroom villa, maximum 10 guests in a 5 bedroom villas, maximum 8 guests in a 4 bedroom villa, maximum 6 guests in three-bedroomed accommodations or two bedroomed plus study accommodation and a maximum of 5 guests in two bedroomed accommodations. Private Villas must be notified of any additional guests’ visits during your stay and reserve the right to levy reasonable charges to cover the cost of any additional housekeeping that may be necessary.

PETS

Animals and pets of any variety are not allowed in any of our Private Villas.

PRICES

All prices quoted are in EURO and are per villa or apartment per week. Private Villas (PV Holiday Rentals Ltd) reserve the right to alter their rack rate tariffs.

BREAKAGES

On arrival at stated accommodations, all rental guests are required to give an imprint of their credit card or a cash deposit of 300 to 1000 EUROs held against any breakages or damage caused during their stay. This will be canceled or refunded at the end of the stay once the villa or apartment has been checked by a Private Villa or accommodation stated representative.

EXTRAS ACCOUNTS

All extras accounts including telephone must be settled prior to departure.

LOCAL CONDITIONS

Private Villas cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance caused to clients due to conditions beyond their control the consequences of which could not have been avoided. This includes natural or nuclear disasters, fire, and adverse weather conditions.

PAYMENT

25 % – 30% of the total cost of the booking is due as a deposit the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Please note that Private Villas reserves the right of cancellation should the total cost of booking not be remitted at the required date.

LATE BOOKINGS

Full payment is due immediately for any bookings made less than 60 days prior to the date of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations must be received by Private Villas in writing. In the event of a cancellation after a booking has been confirmed the following cancellation charges are payable. Charges may vary depending on the accommodation booked. 

Over 45 days – Forfeiture of Deposit

30 – 44 days – 50% of the total amount is payable

15 – 29 days – 75% of the total amount is payable

0 – 14 days – 100% of the total amount is payable

If you book a holiday and you are aware at the time of travel restrictions no refunds will be made

During COVID travel restrictions we will continue to work tirelessly to accommodate all of our customers on a case by case basis

NON ARRIVALS

Private Villas reserves the right to cancel the booking 24 hours after the due arrival date unless the client informs Private Villas

INSURANCE

We recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance. We recommend Blue Insurance. Link below.
